As the biggest service provider, in our area, to all major Insurance, Corporate-Fleet and Government fleet service providers we also hold prestigious contracts with First Auto, Eskom, Santam, Mutual & Federal, Zurich, CTU, just to name a few.
COLLISION, CHASSISS &
PAINT REPAIR CENTRE:
We
boast an 8000 m² ASR (Advanced Structural Repairer) light
to heavy vehicle collision repair facility, employing some of the latest
equipment and technically skilled staff in the area. Exciting plans include a forthcoming upgrade
to MSR (Major Structural Repair). We cater from light to heavy motor vehicles
and we have a repair capacity of about 50 units at any one time. We carry full
insurance on vehicles, property and public liability.
HAIL & PAINTLESS DENT REMOVAL:
We also provide hail and dent removal services to the insurance and motor retail sectors. This modern, highly skilled technique ensures that YOU save time and money.
MECHANICAL & GENERAL SERVICE CENTRE:
As a value added, one stop shop, we house a mechanical repair department catering for everything from “A to B Services”, to your suspension, drive-train & light electrical repairs. With 4 dedicated mechanical hoist bays, which allows us to do a thorough examination and fault diagnosis of the noted and all impending problems. This ensures that come backs are kept to a bare minimum, allowing the client “carefree motoring”.
AUTO GLASS FITMENT & WHEEL
ALIGNMENT CENTRE:
Another way to show just how serious we are about service delivery,
we have, in addition, to our other services, an in-house auto-glass fitment
& wheel alignment centre that adds further value to our basket of services.
We warehouse about R100 000 worth of the most common vehicle glass on site,
ensuring quick turn-around times.
Being located in such a remote area one has to cover all the bases to be able to give customers the quick, professional service they don’t expect!
REPAIR WARANTY:
We offer a one year unconditional warranty on parts (terms & conditions apply) and 3 years on related labour, with our paint services carrying a 5 to 10 year warranty.
To prove our dedication to our customers and to show our confidence in our workmanship, our warranty system entails a three month post repair inspection. Customers, upon collection of a repaired vehicle, are issued with a repair warranty book that is stamped and compels them to have a post-repair inspection.
The post-repair inspection includes a detailed inspection of the repaired section, rectification of post-repair faults, a free industrial buff and polish and valet.
This ensures that our customer base is always well looked after! We provide a professional, efficient & consistent service where customer satisfaction is the key to our business!

fleet managers. We have professional estimators with over 20 year’s industry
experience ensuring that you get the most accurate technically based assessment
reports & digital photos possible.
TOWING-RECOVERY, ROLL BACK & ROADSIDE
ASSIST SERVICES:
Our towing-recovery and rollback services IS A 24HRS, 365 DAYS a year service centre employing a fleet of 7 recovery vehicles ranging from light to heavy duty(8ton) with "extra heavy' coming soon. Another value added service is our ability to collect and deliver vehicles, via our roll back services, at no extra charge to our customers. This is to ensure that customer inconvenience is kept to a minimum.We have a secure storage area that is monitored and protected by armed guard response, as well as electric fences around the property perimeter to ensure vehicle and driver safety and security.
We provide jumpstarts, tyre changes, and locksmith & fuel delivery services. Our area of coverage is primarily the Pietermaritzburg, Umvoti & Umzinyathi district areas. (Refer to map of coverage).

One of life’s greatest inconveniences has to be not having a vehicle. We have promised that none of our customers will ever have to go down that route as we boast a fleet of courtesy cars that are available for them. If, on the odd chance, all courtesy vehicles have been booked out, we also have a partner company to facilitate the hire of vehicles for customers.

With our operations based in Greytown, we are able to access our areas of coverage promptly and safely, getting most clients to points of safety in reasonable time frames, normally within 15-60mins from time of call. Cited as one of the unsafest areas in KZN midlands, one cannot afford to be on the roadside for prolonged periods of time as roadside robbery & hijacking is, unfortunately, a very common occurrence these days!
